Overview Two Phased remodel of existing 5,000 SF suite in a Historic Pioneer Square building. Brick, Steel and Timber structural elements were left exposed to highlight the building’s history. Modern finishes, glass walls and updated lighting throughout the suite. Custom cabinetry and woodwork included a new Reception Desk, Kitchen Island and Wood Slat Ceiling Cloud, as well as a 25-foot bar designed for entertaining clients and holding the occasional Friday Office Happy Hour.
