Jim Pirie has over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.  His collaborative nature, communication skills and attention to detail, offer his clients a well-rounded project manager capable of guiding projects to favorable results.  Having worked with many of the major contractors and developers in Seattle and the greater Puget Sound area, Jim brings a wide range of expertise and skills to all projects he is involved in.  Jim’s construction experience includes tenant improvements, capital improvements to existing properties, and small ground-up construction. 

With a focus on helping achieve success, Jim custom tailors services individually to each client and project.  Services provided include preconstruction consulting, construction management, budget management and project closeout.
