Overview Extensive remodel of the 2nd Floor Offices of KUOW. Demolition and build back of approximately 9,500 SF of Class B Office space. Work included structural upgrades needed for the addition of new windows into an existing lightwell, custom angled walls and floating cloud ceilings, glass walls for conference rooms and offices, plus new finishes and lighting throughout the suite. All work completed over multiple phases as KUOW continued their daily broadcasting activities.
